SLOTS PAY OFF FOR PA HOMEOWNERS
           
           Pennsylvania's new casinos have produced $612 million to be used for local school and wage tax cuts.

            When combined with the expansion of the senior citizen Property Tax/Rent Rebate program, total state-funded property tax relief will reach $786 million next year.  Tax breaks will vary by school district.  Senate Democrats provided the critical votes needed to pass the legislation that authorized slot machine gambling in Pennsylvania.

             The tax cuts will go to homeowner's who live in their homes, and who have filed a Homestead Exclusion Form with their county assessment office.      Many counties have the forms available on line.  You can print out a form using the link below.
