I did not vote for John Street when he ran for mayor. I never liked his style and did not respect him. Mayor Street has not done one thing that I consider remarkable that would make anyone vote for him again. If anything, people are not happy with him at all. Ed Rendell, however, was a good mayor, and I did vote for him, but I do not believe that Ed Rendell will be our next governor.

As for people leaving Philadelphia, Mayor Street mayor should care about these people leaving! The people leaving Philadelphia are those who are paying the taxes. They are taking themselves, their families, their business, and their tax dollars elsewhere! This is lost revenue - does he think that the people remaining in Philadelphia can be taxed to make up for their flight? Raise taxes again - more people leave. More lost revenue. Incentive needs to be given to people to remain in Philadelphia.
