Ed Rendell gave us miniscule reductions that at least sent the signal that we were going to go in the right direction of reducing taxes. As governor, he would be totally unable to do anything to assist in further tax reductions. In fact, if he were to be elected governor, because of the great suspicions of Philadelphians who are elected to statewide office, he would be powerless to do anything for the southeastern region.
