Senator Fumo, What are the odds that state legislators will make the kind of changes to our school funding system that Rendell, and now Street, are calling for? When Street said he would not veto Bill 92, he added that now is the time to talk about systemic reform - a city reform which must include some changes in state law. What kinds of state level changes do you forsee, and are you aware of any that are being proposed?
