SB 1096, PN 1846 (White)-Amends Title 26 (Eminent Domain) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for limited reimbursement of appraisal, attorney and engineering fees. A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
HB 1259, PN 3199 (Farry)-Provides for the regulation of indoor tanning facilities; establishing the Indoor Tanning Regulation Fund; and providing for penalties. A vote of 40-9 was recorded.
SB 1327, PN 1937 (Baker)- Amends the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act of Title 65 (Public Officers) to prohibit a public official or public employee from accepting a cash gift from a lobbyist or any person seeking official action from the public official or employee.
