SB 1096, PN 1846 (White)-Amends Title 26 (Eminent Domain) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for limited reimbursement of appraisal, attorney and engineering fees.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1259, PN 3199 (Farry)-Provides for the regulation of indoor tanning facilities; establishing the Indoor Tanning Regulation Fund; and providing for penalties.  A vote of 40-9 was recorded.

SB 1327, PN 1937 (Baker)- Amends the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act of Title 65 (Public Officers) to prohibit a public official or public employee from accepting a cash gift from a lobbyist or any person seeking official action from the public official or employee.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

HB 1899, PN 2763 (C. Harris)-Designates the bridge that carries State Route 35 over the Juniata River, in Juniata County, as the Juniata County Veterans Memorial Bridge.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 21, PN 1917 (Ward)-Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to clarify mandated reports under the Child Protective Services Law. The Senate concurred on amendments placed by the House of Representatives.   A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SB 1181, PN 1598 (Vogel)- Provides for a $5,000,000 transfer from the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development Fund to the State Racing Fund to fund the operations of the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Commission and the Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission for the remainder of FY 2013-14.  The transfer will be made on a weekly basis in the amount of $250,000.  The Senate concurred on amendments placed by the House of Representatives.    A vote of 49-0 was recorded.

SR 339, PN 1939 (Baker)-Amends Senate Ethical Conduct Rules 1 and 2.  A vote of 49-0 was recorded.
