SB 862 PN 1047 (Smucker): Senator Smucker offered Amendment A02525, which changes the length of an applicant’s police record report from 3 years to 5 years. It also requires that a report be renewed every 60 months (5 years). The amendment was adopted and the bill went over as amended.
