SB 1164, PN 2328 (Pileggi)-Amends the act of April 14, 1972 (P.L.233, No.64), known as The Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act, providing for drug overdose response immunity.  The Senate concurred on amendments placed by the House of Representatives.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1197, PN 2272 (Greenleaf)-Amends the Crimes Code, Title 18, and the Judicial Code, Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, to make changes affecting Pennsylvania’s juvenile justice system.  The Senate concurred on amendments placed by the House of Representatives.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 241, PN 4153 (Petri)-Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) further defining fire department vehicles.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 444, PN 2330 (Pileggi)-Amends the Right-to-Know Law, making clarifications and further providing for definitions, access, limits to certain requests, exceptions, and commercial fees and   significantly increases access to the records of the Commonwealth’s state-related universities.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1129, PN 2276 (Robbins)-Amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, in veterans’ pensions and benefits, further providing for paralyzed veteran’s pension.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1182, PN 2324 (Folmer)-Provides for the medical use of cannabis in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  Senator Smucker offered amendment # A09781 which narrowed the scope of the treatments for cannabis use and required a clinical study.  The amendment was defeated by a vote of 42-8.  The bill was approved on a vote of 43-7.

SB 1358, PN 2005 (Rafferty)-Amends Act 200 of 1931, which provided for Pennsylvania to enter into a compact with the State of New Jersey to establish the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA).  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1373, PN 2052 (Rafferty)-Grants veto power to the Governor of Pennsylvania over actions of Pennsylvania’s Commissioners on the Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) Board.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1415, PN 2286 (Eichelberger)-Amends the Insurance Department Act of 1921, further providing for definitions, for injunctions and order, for fraudulent transfers prior to petition and for voidable preferences and liens.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 1432, PN 2313 (McIlhinney)-Amends the Insurance Company Law of 1921, to add an article titled “Fairness in Multiple Copayments”.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1773, PN 4180 (Ross)-Revises the Municipalities Financial Recovery Act in order to make it more effective in bringing distressed municipalities back to firm financial footing and provides for the disincorporation of municipalities deemed to be non-viable.  A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SR 448, PN 2310 (Mensch)-Urges the Congress of the United States to enact legislation providing for no less than a 2% raise for United States military personnel.  The Resolution was adopted.
