SB 352 PN 505 (Vogel): Amends the Race Horse Industry Reform Act by repealing provisions related to the State Horse Racing Commission and State Harness Racing Commission and establishes the State Horse Racing Commission to regulate horse racing and pari-mutuel operations. Senator Vogel offered Amendment A02179, which updates definitions and clarifies roles and responsibilities of members.. Senator Schwank offered Amendment A02211, which clarified language. The amendment to the amendment was adopted. The amendment as amended was adopted and the bill went over as amended.

SB 687 PN 673 (Browne): Amends Title 68, in general provisions for planned communities, further providing for applicability of local ordinances, regulations and building codes. The bill was approved, 48-1.

SB 688 PN 674 (Browne): Amends Title 68, in general provisions for condominiums, further providing for applicability of local ordinances, regulations and building codes. The bill was approved, 48-1.

HB 911 PN 1800 (Barrar): Amends Title 35, further providing for emergency telephone service; and establishing the 911 Fund. The bill was approved, 49-0.

SB 663 PN 1028 (Vulakovich): Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to allow a parent who is the victim of certain specified sexual offenses to object to an award of any type of custody to the other parent of a child conceived as a result of the offense.  Senator Schwank offered Amendment A02117, which clarifies language contained in the bill. The amendment was adopted and the bill went over as amended.
