SB 952, PN 1757 (Regan) –This bill amends Title 51 (Military Affairs) to clarify the Veterans Preference Law. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

SB 995, PN 1460 (Laughlin) – Amends Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to further provide for the definition of a multipurpose agricultural vehicle. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HB 1510, PN 3854 (Jozwiak) –Designates a section of PA Route 183 in Berks County as the “Trooper Wayne C. Ebert Memorial Highway” and makes additional road naming designations. A vote of 50-0 was recorded.

HR 836, PN 3903 (Diamond) – Terminates the declaration of disaster emergency issued and extended by Governor Wolf in response to the spread of the COVID-19 disease. Senator Corman offered amendment A06139 which was a technical amendment. The amendment was agreed to by a vote of 46-4 and the resolution was adopted by vote of 31-19.
