SB 648 PN 1275 (Stefano): Amends Chapter 77 of Title 75 (Vehicle Code) to provide for separate accounts for snowmobiles and ATV’s. Senator Wiley offered Amendment A03446, which makes splitting of fees into 2 restricted accounts prospective. Changes in the bill wouldn’t apply to funds deposited in the current restricted account prior to the effective date of the legislation. The amendment was agreed to and the bill went over as amended.
